Registered Home Manager

Registered Home Manager for service for adults with learning disabilities. This service provides residential care for 4 males.

Job Purpose: To be responsible for the management and development of a person centered service in a residential house for people with learning disabilities, ensuring the achievement of high quality services which can operate effectively in a competitive environment. To provide practice leadership, supervise support staff and participate in direct work with service users

You will have previous experience along with NVQ 4 in care or RMA. Knowledge of CSCI regulations and good management skills.
