Order Administrator – Fixed-term Contract


An opportunity has arisen for an Order Administrator to work within the Supply Chain Team in the Mobile Network Solutions Division. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. Applicants must be able to work as a team member. Candidates must be capable of understanding and linking the various areas that complete the supply chain process. They will need to manage their own day-to-day activities, including managing, updating the Remedy database and producing reports.Responsibilities will include liasing with internal and external contacts on a regular basis. Some of the duties involved will be:• Entry of Customer Purchase Orders onto SAP and Remedy in line with process documents• Ensure the orders are monitored and updated as necessary to maintain an accurate database• Ensure processes are developed or amended to provide a guide for substituting personnel in the event of absence (holiday, sickness etc.)• Produce reports where necessary for inclusion into the management reports• Escalate issues to Supply Chain Manager in the event of being unable to resolve satisfactorily in the first instance.
