Arrest Referral Worker (Substance misuse Vacancy)

6 months experience conducting assessments on Class A substance abusers is essential. Knowledge of harm minimisation also important. Experience working within criminal justice a benefit. Working in courts, police stations and the office you will see clients arrested for drug related offences, conduct a detailed assessment and guide them through into the relevant service. This work is also part of a new scheme - Restrictions on Bail.
This is going to be on an ongoing basis working for an initial 3 months with an option to go permanent afterwards if you wish.
