New Business Sales Account Manager
The position of New Business Sales Executive is a full sales role covering all aspects from the pre-sales process, starting with client validation and telesales and ending with quotations/proposals and the winning of orders.
You will be selling to the Business to Business marketplace predominantly, however consumer marketing and data solutions are key products of the company.
On winning a new customer the role will be to develop those new customers and cross sell/up sell to build a portfolio of accounts to manage.
A high level of customer service is paramount for this role. Clear evidence of consistent target over achievement in a profit driven sales environment is required. In addition, one year's telephone sales experience with relevant well-developed skills, ideally outbound, would be highly advantageous.
With a proven track record of account/customer development, you will have the ability to sell to a cross section of customers and be comfortable dealing with major blue-chip organisations and be able to communicate at all levels from the MD to the Marketing Assistant.
The successful candidate will take personal responsibility for and engage in product, systems and skills training and development.
Within the role, you will maintain the customer/prospect database and maintain co-operative and productive inter-departmental relationships and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
You will provide detailed pipeline reports and participate in account reviews with team leader on a monthly basis. You will also be required to meet personal monthly targets and maintain expected call Information
