Retail Origination
With strong commercial acumen and excellent market knowledge, you will be an essential member of our new retail (B2B) origination team. With problem solving skills, creativity and the ability to analyse complex customer issues, you will identify and create specially structured solutions, offering bespoke pricing for retail customers.

You will convert opportunities into real products and solutions. We are looking for proven decision making and the ability to work under pressure, but in return you can look forward to working with a committed and commercially focused team.

Traders
We are searching for exceptional forward, prompt and structured traders to manage and optimise assets and commodity price risk within the largest generator in the UK. Whether you are analysing key drivers behind the short-term market price or developing day-to-day trading strategies, liaising with shift traders or building relationships, it will be an exciting, and rewarding career.

You will need both trading experience and a communicative nature to really shine, and you can expect plentiful rewards in return. We are particularly keen to hear from people who have spent time in shift trading.

We are also searching for a talented Commercial Optimiser to co-ordinate and model interactions between the physical and trading elements of the British Energy portfolio.


Business Design
You will put strategic vision and real expertise of delivering large change projects to great use with us designing business and systems architecture in this role at the heart of our Business Change organisation. Experienced, innovative and full of bright ideas, you will work closely with key business users to identify inventive business solutions, delivering best practice process and operational excellence on an end-to-end basis across both trading and retail businesses.
