IC Resources was established in 1999 in response to a need for a recruitment consultancy to be an active, contributing member of the semiconductor community, as opposed to simply a supplier to it. Since then, our ethos of cooperation, quality and always supporting the long term interests of our candidates and clients has served us well. We have hired new consultants from within our network of candidates, and have expanded our operations to cover permanent and contract recruitment for jobs in semiconductors, software and systems globally. We’re proud of our track record of helping to grow start ups that reach IPO or successful trade sale – much to the delight of the candidates we’ve placed there! Many of the industry’s leading blue chips are also key clients. We have the privilege of being the first and often only “recruitment port of call” to a wide range of candidates, and enjoy sole or preferred recruitment supplier status with a range of partners, extending from the UK and mainland Europe to as far a field as North America, the Far East and Dubai.
