Commercial Manager-Major Retail/Commercial/Mixed Use (2012 Olympics) Our Client is a leading Retail and Commercial Developer currently responsible for some of the most innovative and cutting-edge Developments in the UK. The site is adjacent to the 2012 Olympic Village; a major mixed-use regeneration project situated in the heart of East London, the 72 hectare site includes a proposed 187,000 square meter super regional shopping and leisure centre. Upon completion, the development will also comprise office, residential and hotel facilities and many other community initiatives, construction values will be approaching £3billion. The project will provide necessary facilities for the athletes, long term it will provide vital resources for the neighborhood. Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be one of five Commercial Managers individually responsible for £150m-£200m of Construction. This is a challenging role; you will need strong commercial acumen with excellent managerial skills if you want to succeed. The hard work will be worth it.
