In 1996, we opened our first office in London supplying IT staff to SME’s, growing in size as the IT market itself expanded. The success of our business model and our own expansion was predicated upon the Pathway policy of technical specialisms. By being in the region we understand the market forces of that area. Our familiarity with the recruiting businesses in the area enables us to offer candidates better guidance. Our consultants build up relationships with candidates, they gain in-depth knowledge of their technical expertise and in many cases also have a history of working with them. This means we can deliver quickly and efficiently. Pathway has an established track record in locating and placing high calibre IT staff with specialist skills. With a client base that ranges from small start-ups to global blue chip companies we are adept at responding to diverse resourcing needs. We systematically match skills to needs in every sector of the IT market – each year we introduce over 100,000 candidates to clients across the UK. We have retained our ability to respond quickly to the needs of clients and candidates throughout our expansion by keeping communication channels open. Pathway now has UK offices in London and Leeds, covering the Midlands, North, Thames Valley, London, the South East and the City, which incorporates our Banking and Finance division.
