Since 2003, SSG Recruitment Limited has helped over 50 Recruiters launch & run their recruitment business. A team of professional recruiters, accountancy professionals and creative designers will provide all of the advice and expertise you need to translate your great recruiting talents into a business – which will be entirely owned by you. We work with budding entrepreneurs who would like to have their own recruitment business but have logistical & financial problems with the costs & legal complexities of both the launch & subsequent compliance of the new business. You can be based ANYWHERE – most of the recruiters we have helped to kick off their business have started from home (we provide everything you need to do so). WHAT WE PROVIDE: STAGE 1: The Business Launch: • LEGAL FORMATIONS: Our responsibilities include Company Formation, VAT & Inland Revenue compliance, Bank account set up, Payroll etc & also to ensure all of your legal documentation is appropriate. • CREATIVE PROVISION: We design your logo, business cards, business stationary & web site (not just a ‘brochure on-line’). • TECHNICAL: We will organise broadband, web site domains & do all of the email & web hosting. • PHYSICAL: We will provide the hardware (laptop etc), the recruitment software (to actually do the job!) and bits & pieces you’ll need to start. All of this business launch assistance if free – you will pay nothing – not a penny. It is our investment in the future. There is no ‘come back’ or deferred charge either. STAGE 2: Business Support. Once the business is up & running and you are trying to do the hard bit (i.e. make placements!), we will ensure that all of the non-recruitment tasks are taken care of – including: • Accounts, VAT, PAYE, Taxation – Corporate & Personal. • Insurances, Payroll, Factoring, Cash Flow etc • Credit control, Invoicing, in-house recruitment etc In addition, it is our objective to help with candidate procurement (job board access, CV Search etc) and finding new vacancies for your applicants (forget cold calling!). All of work is completed to the highest standards and the cost entirely related the amount of money that you generate – you retain 70% of the billings and our charge is the remaining 30%. To be clear, if you do not generate income, we do not charge anything.
