Vacancy – Customer Support -
Duties include:
• Answering telephone calls - mainly new enquiries or follow ups from patients
• To liaise with hospitals in India and with GP’s and Consultants in the UK,
• To liaise with airline companies, with High Commission of India, Birmingham, with hotels etc.
• Meeting patients and helping them with passport & visa applications
• PC – literate - essential for preparing quotations and emailing to hospitals and patients
• Answering patient queries by email / phone / letter
• A confident person with a high degree of interpersonal skills and polite telephone manner
• Honesty a must – will be responsible in handling sensitive patient information, money and passports
• Hard working - long hours may be required at times to meet urgent patient requirements
• To represent the company at events and exhibitions
• Place and hours of work: Kenilworth Offices, 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch – can be flexible
• Pay £6.00 / hour to be reviewed in 3 months
